烟台市工程咨询院是经烟台市人民政府批准，于一九九一年成立的烟台市唯一综合性工程咨询中介服务机构。具有国家计划委员会批准的国家乙级工程咨询资质、山东省建设厅批准的国家乙级工程造价咨询资质、山东省财政厅批准的建设工程审价业务国家乙级资质、山东省计划委员会批准的国内机电设备招标代理资格，是山东省工程咨询协会理事会员单位、烟台市工程造价协会理事会员单位。
